2025 Spring/Summer Registration is OPEN
2025 Spring/Summer Lacrosse Registration has now OPENED.
Registration is open for co-ed 2025 Spring/Summer Lacrosse. Note that the girls have a separate registration if you are interested in the girls rules game for age level u8 and older.
Age Levels u6 through u14 (up to current 8th graders) registration includes Spring Indoor & Outdoor Lacrosse seasons as well as a Summer Outdoor season.
Try Lacrosse Free Activities are open for all ages up to 14-years old. (up to current 8th graders).
Regular season registration is open now and will remain open until April 1, unless the age group fills.

TRAA Lacrosse is committed to providing a fun and development based setting for learning the basics of lacrosse and teamwork.
Our season runs from March - July, which incorporates indoor (March - April) and outdoor (May - July) lacrosse training.
An optional Fall league will be available for interested participants in 2025 as well with a separate registration process.
For 2025, we will have:
Co-Ed teams at the u6, age level.
Boys rules teams at the U8, U10, U12, & U14 levels

MHAA Lax News
Thank you to the St Thomas Academy Varsity lacrosse program for including the MHAA u8 youth lacrosse team to participate in an exhibition game on Monday May 14th on the turf during the STA and Cretin Varsity game. The exhibition occurred during halftime and the players goals were announced. Luke Marks, STA Head Coach, was gracious in extending the half time and allowing the Mendota Heights youth to display their talents under the lights.
Next Opponent Northfield
The 2017 u14 Mendota Heights Youth Lacrosse team has advanced to the Southeast District Final with a 9-7 win over Inver Grove Heights at Friendly Hills Middle School on Wednesday night. After a postponement Tuesday night, the game conditions were excellent and the home contest was well attended.
After Inver Grove Heights took a 1-0 lead early in the first quarter, Mendota Heights went on to take a 9-3 lead with several fast break goals. The Warriors held off the opponent with strong man-down defense late in the game.
Coached by Chris Andrews, the team faces Northfield at Sechler Park in Northfield Thursday night at 7:15PM. The winning team will advance to the State Tournament where the top 16 teams will be represented this coming weekend.

The u8 Mendota Heights Youth Lacrosse team concluded the 2017 Summer season with a 1-1-1 record against White Bear Lake, Stillwater and Mahtomedi in the St. Paul Year-End u8 Jamboree. With an unofficial 4-2-2 season record, 2017 is the first year that the u8 program has been offered at this age level.
