K-3rd :: NFL Flag football

In NFL flag football we teach basic football fundamentals appropriate for each grade level. Our intent is to build a framework from the ground-up to set the foundation for our players to advance to the next level. Most importantly, our process keeps all players involved and is fun for everyone! 

4th - 8th :: Tackle Football 

In tackle football, we build on the fundamentals from NFL Flag football and apply these skills in a contact environment. Importantly, all head/assistant coaches are required to participate in a "Heads-up" certification class to ensure player safety through proper tackle technique. With continuing advances in training and technology, it’s a great time to play football in our community and the years to come. The TRAA tackle football program plays in the Metro East Youth Football League.
