Girls Equipment
Cleats are highly suggested as game fields and practice fields are grass.
Girls Equipment
Girls can also wear helmet in place of goggles. Can be necessary for those with glasses.
FREE TRY LACROSSE EVENTS - THANKS FOR COMING!
In collaboration with St. Paul Ducks High School Lacrosse Program and Capitol City Lacrosse Program, TRAA offered two Free Try Lacrosse Events this Spring (Feb. 13th & March 7th) for players ages 6-14. For many girls it was their first time with a lacrosse stick and some came back also to warm up again from last summer's season. We hope that everyone had fun and will now sign up to play the 2025 lacrosse season!
